Our beautiful studios and therapy room are available to hire for a range of events,
from courses, workshops & training, to classes, 1:1 & 2:1 sessions, talks, events and photoshoots.
Our recently refurbished space includes two movement studios (ground and first floor),
and dedicated therapy room (first floor) which is ideal for treatments, and private appointments.
The space invokes a sense of relaxation, rejuvenation and all-round wellbeing – it really is a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of Henfield High Street, which is right on our doorstep. With plenty of parking just moments from the building, alongside a great variety of cafes, shops, and local facilities a short walk away, we simply could not be better located for your Studio Hire!

- Pilates/Yoga mats and all small equipment – blocks, softballs, resistance bands, massage balls, foam rollers, hand weights
- Use of our music speakers, aromatherapy burners, and chairs
- Use of our hydraulic couch and bolster (therapy room)
- Online promotional support of your business available to regular hirers

Rates for hire are competitively priced, with discounts available on block bookings for regular hirers.
