Rebecca Hames

Yoga teacher

I was introduced to Yoga 20 years ago, drawn to its flow, balance and strength benefits . Despite not being naturally flexible or a former dancer I embarked on my Yoga journey practicing many styles.  Over the years I have gained flexibility, stamina and strength, but more importantly  I have learned to relax, restore, listen and understand my body.  Yoga is a part of my life and I continue to evolve and learn.

Witnessing students  transform through regular Yoga practice with me is truly rewarding some have been with me for 10 years starting as beginners. You don’t need to be flexible and bendy to practice Yoga, this will come!  You need your body, your mat and your breath!   I am there to guide you through the class in a safe and friendly environment with clear instruction and demonstration
