Our private Pilates studio in Henfield is equipped with a range of state-of-the-art Pilates equipment, including the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair and a range of small equipment. These add a further dimension to your Pilates practice, offering different levels of challenge based largely on resistance, to either support or strengthen your body, based on your individual needs.
